I ran my first 5K this past weekend. It was for the Make a Wish Foundation. It was a really fun experience. Some of the girls in our neighborhood have been running at night and we decided back in December to run a 5K. It gave us a goal so we would keep running. I think our husbands thought this would fizzle out but we are still going strong. I'm really slow but I think for my first race I did really well. My time was 33 min and something seconds. When we first got there we were getting our t-shirts and Darth Vader and the Storm Troopers came out. I'm glad my mom came to take some pictures for us.
